I was born in Japan where handcrafting is naturally integrated into people’s everyday lives. Many of my color choices and design ideas are strongly influenced by my Japanese sense. Now, living in Seattle with its long gray days has given me precious opportunities to stay cozy at home to enjoy the endless possibilities that handknitting provides.
